All wines served will be rated between 94-100 points by Wine Spectator, Robert Parker Wine Advocate, Jeb Dunnuck, or Antonio Galloni. The wine dinners will feature themes ranging from Oregon Pinot Noir, Oregon & Washington Chardonnay, Washington Cabaret and Syrah/Rhone blends, and a comparison tasting of Oregon sparkling wines vs those of the Champagne region. There will also be a special focus on aged wines, a rarity for these specialties.
